Your new company 

KeyPlants is a well-established and expanding company which provides front-end design, PM and process design consulting, as well as turnkey modular solutions for the Life Sciences and Advanced Technology industries.

KeyPlants offers our clients some of the most experienced professionals in the industry when it comes to GMP-compliant pharmaceutical/biotech process design and off-site construction, i.e. modular solutions.

Your new role 

Your role as the Regional Sales Manager will focus on ensuring increased sales of mainly consultancy services, but also design studies, engineering and project sales.

You will establish Key Accounts by regular visits and good contacts at management level in the Big Pharma in Sweden as well as smaller pharma, biotech and other life science companies through a functioning network.

Key Responsibilities:                                                                 

  • To be responsible and manage the sales for project and consultancy services in mainly in Sweden but also the Nordic countries
  • Develop new and existing clients
  • Make quotations and close contracts
  • Improve our offering and our quotations 
  • Develop Key Accounts 
  • Responsible for marketing of KeyPlants in the region in an appropriate end effective way to enhance the Brand Recognition.
  • Participate in relevant local conferences and trade shows in the region.
  • Budgeting and sales forecasts to set targets in relation to the market size in order to qualify for sales commission
  • Competition analysis and benchmarking
  • Internal reporting including interims and annually sales reports.
  • Plan the work and set the sales targets in co-operation with the Commercial Director.

 What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience of project sales and consultancy services sales.
  • Experience from selling projects or high value capital investment equipment to the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical community is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand a client’s needs and translate them into an attractive and competitive offers.
  • A good network and personal relations on within the Pharma and Biotech Industry in Sweden.
  • Ability and experience to motivate teams to produce quality quotations within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several customer accounts. Willing to learn and share.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings and give initiated presentations to a forum of engineers and executives.  
  • Professional written and verbal communication in English and Swedish as well as  interpersonal skills.
  • Necessary experience to use in Microsoft Office as a daily working tool. 
  • Minimum University Degree (Högskola) or other relevant education and knowledge.
