Quality and Regulatory Officer to NordicInfu Care PharmaRelations is now recruiting a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Officer (QA & RA Officer) to be based at NordicInfu Care’s office in Stockholm. The company is a leading home infusion treatment provider in the Nordic region with headquarter located by the sea in Nacka Strand, Sweden. Core values are caring and support for patients. The position is initially with PharmaRelations (6 months) with an option to permanent employment/recruitment with our customer thereafter if the candidate is evaluated to be the right person to fit to the team.

Your new role

This is a new position in a small and growing team. Your main responsibility will be to support the maintenance of the Quality Management System, to be in contact with applicable warehouses and suppliers of primarily medicinal products and to be involved in/responsible for audits and inspections. You will also be deputy responsible person (deputy RP) for GDP. Further, you will be involved in regulatory tasks such as reviewing variations and submissions to competent authorities and price applications.

Depending on experience and interest you might also be involved in other tasks for example related to Medical Device Regulation, complaints, pharmacovigilance and/or compliance.

The disease areas you will be working with are PAH, Parkinson’s disease, Diabetes, Pain and Immunodeficiency.

What you will need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you need a university degree in pharmacy, life science, biomedical or other relevant. You should have at least a couple of years of experience in QA (GDP) for medicinal products and/or medical device. Additional experience in RA/PV is beneficial.

You have a structured approach and feel comfortable to work in an administrative environment with frequent deadlines. You should be fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages is a bonus.
