QA Manager to Stockholm or Malmö

LINK Medical is a growing company, experiencing increased need for internal QA as well as increased demand for our QA services within medicinal products, medical devices and medical devices for in vitro diagnostics. We want to strengthen the organization with a Senior QA Manager in Sweden. It is desirable to have experiences from areas below listed.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
  • Building QA understanding and competence.
  • Completing projects and services according to agreement.
  • Reporting implementation and progress of projects and other services according to agreement.
  • Active participation internally and externally to increase the level of knowledge in the field.
  • Active and positive contribution to LINK Medical’s business development.
  • Customer contact, communication with customers in projects.
  • Contribution to further development of the company in collaboration with LINK Medical’s other employees.

Qualifications:

  • Basic education within relevant field, equivalent to degree from University or University college.
  • Training and experience as quality auditor.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA and related areas.
  • Cooperation skills
  • Good ability to build personal relations.
  • Communication skills.
  • Documented good results.
  • Good understanding of the CRO business.
  • Good presentation and lecturing skills.
  • Good understanding of the drug and device development process.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory processes.
  • Planning and organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
