International Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Solid experience from Early Clinical Development (Phase 0/I/II) with SMEs. LINK Medical is growing quickly, and we want to expand our portfolio of cross-functional projects. We are now looking for the world´s best International Project Manager to run studies for small Pharmaceutical Companies and Medical Device Companies. You can be located in Stockholm or Malmö. Your main responsibility will be to lead and manage clinical trials, with team members from the different LINK Medical departments in Oslo or located at another LINK Medical office. LINK Medical delivers clinical trials for medicinal products, medical device and veterinary medicine.

  • Assess Requests for proposal and participate in the response to proposals
  • Plan and execute clinical trials in accordance with applicable regulations (ICH, ISO, VICH)
  • Establish, organize and lead project team(s) for assigned projects
  • Manage all aspects of the clinical trial(s), so that projects are delivered according to agreed scope and sound scientific principles, and within agreed budget and timelines
  • Ensure progress and manage changes to scope, budget and timelines
  • Close communication with sponsors, investigators, authorities and other stakeholders
  • Develop project management tools and systems
  • Contribute to the development of LINK Medical's business area of project management
  • Have customer contact, both inside and outside the project, to develop the company in collaboration with LINK Medical colleagues

Your profile:

  • Higher scientific education at college/university level
  • Experience from Early Clinical Development Phase 0/I/II
  • Expertise in regulations for clinical trials on medicines and medical device
  • 3/5+ years of experience from working as a project manager for international multicenter studies
  • Hands on experience from working as a CRA or in any other relevant team function
  • Experience from Medical Device trials is a plus
  • Strong IT skills and experience in using standard office tools
  • Ability to work both independently and lead teams
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and in writing
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English
  • Cooperative, flexible, accurate and solutions oriented
  • Keen to contribute wherever needed to develop LINK Medical
