About the role
As part of our dedicated inhouse marketing team you will be part of an important mission to innovate cancer care. The marketing team ensures that cancer clinics all over the world knows about RaySearch’s innovative products for cancer treatments and how we can improve the lives of cancer patients all over the world. You will work closely with Jessica and the rest of the team consisting of a Marketing Manager, Copywriter, Art Director, Creatives, Motion designer and Event colleagues. You will report to the Marketing Manager. The team is based at our head office at Sveavägen 44 in central Stockholm.

The purpose of your role is to drive awareness and demand for RaySearch’s software solutions through external communication. You will work with ensuring RaySearch is perceived as a though-leader and trendsetter in the clinical oncology community worldwide.

You will work with:

  • Develop a yearly integrated external communications plan and content plan, and execute communication according to these plans in collaboration with the marketing team and internal stakeholders.
  • Set goals and metrics to measure the impact of the external communication strategy for print and digital channels.
  • Lead the work on creating communication campaigns and communication packages for product launches.
  • Build relationships with industrial and clinical partners, key opinion leaders and reference sites worldwide.
  • Keep up-to-date with scientific publications in collaboration with the Research Department

Your profile
You want to use your great communication skills to make a difference. You have great organizational skills and builds structures that others can work with. You are motivated by achieving good results and ensures that your deliveries are of high quality. You enjoy working in a team as well as independently. You can prioritize, take initiatives and make decisions.

  • 5+ years’ experience of Marketing Communications
  • Experience of Medtech/Life Science industry
  • Degree within marketing/communications
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.

It’s an advantage if you have experience from the Radiotheraphy/Oncology area as well as experience of Marketing Automation (Pardot), of SEO and CRM (Salesforce).
