Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are currently recruiting a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to join PharmaRelations in Solna, Sweden. The position is full-time. You will have your main workplace based at different clients, but will also have the opportunity to work inside our offices on certain days. Remote work is possible depending on the assignment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead regulatory activities including planning and reviewing of regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate and prepare regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with international regulations and guidelines and advising the business on appropriate strategies.
  • Establish and review Regulatory Affairs priorities as they relate to department and company goals and objectives
  • You work together with regulatory colleagues and other stakeholders to proactively look for opportunities and solutions to challenges
  • Provide regulatory assessments for anticipated analytical, manufacturing and packaging changes.

Requirements:
 

  • Relevant university degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Around 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with expert knowledge or experience of regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals in Sweden and/or the Nordic region. 
  • Essential understanding in pharmaceuticals and the pharmaceutical industry processes
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Ability to develop, implement and manage SOPs
  • People management is a merit
