We are rapidly growing in the Nordics and strengthening our passionate Nordic Medical Interim Team by recruiting a sales and business minded Head of Medical Interim Services Norway. The position is fixed term and full-time. You will be based in our local PharmaRelations office in Nydalen, Oslo and be part of our Nordic Medical Team. And work closely with colleagues in the Nordics. Some travel across Norway and Nordics might occur.

As a Head of Medical Interim Services Norway, you will be responsible for developing long-term collaborations with Clients and Candidates and develop the Medical Interim segment of Life Science in Norway. • Active contribution to and collaboration within in PharmaRelations True Nordic Medical Interim team
• Local collaboration with other Business Units

Requirements:
You have a relevant academic degree and extensive experience (+10 years) from working in any or all the following areas in Life Science: Medical Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance & Medical Information.

To be successful in this role it is important that you have a network in the Norwegian Life Science Industry, an outgoing personality, experience from hiring and a general interest in doing business. You have excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian as well as English, are a skilled creator of relationships and able to facilitate meetings in a professional manner. Having experience from both the pharmaceutical industry as well as the Medical Device industry is a merit. You are a team player who find it important to share your ideas and experience with your colleagues to develop the company and its business.
