Fourteen US-based top researchers recruited to Sweden

Over the past year, Swedish higher education institutions have been able to apply for grants from the Swedish Research Council to recruit researchers from countries outside Europe.

Although universities have been able to recruit researchers from all non-European countries, the initiative is rooted in the new political situation in the United States following Donald Trump’s return to the presidency.
