A healthy society requires more than a new pill

One of the favourite parts of my job is reflecting on overarching trends shaping the future of the life science sector; it allows me to take a step back from the daily grind and reflect on the larger patterns shaping the world and sector we operate in.

One such pattern I have observed over the past decade is cross-sectoral convergence, where traditional sectoral boundaries are blurring as solutions from different sectors come together to address shared societal challenges, not least efforts to foster healthy societies.
