OUR COMPANY 
Scientific Solutions was established in January 2008 as a recruitment company for specialists and management within Life Science. Today we also provide experienced consultants within Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Market Access, Compliance, Supply and support our customers through our in-house services. From March 2023, Scientific Solutions also provides experienced consultants within Quality & Regulatory Affairs in the MedTech field. Scientific Solutions has a solid financial platform, our business model and innovative resource solutions are successful, and the company has been profitable from start with an organic growth.

Scientific Solutions also provide support within external recruitment processes in dialogue with our customer. This normally includes creation of job description and discussion regarding advertisement, search via internal and external CV databases as well as our network, identification of and search at relevant companies (national as well as international), semi-structured deep interviews, selection and references.

Our consultants generally have extensive experience from academia/healthcare area, industry and/or government agencies. We always offer consultants with suitable profiles. 
Scientific Solutions are always working close to our consultants and having a frequent dialogue regarding their working situation.  These close relationships give us a direct channel to our consultants working situation so that we can lead and support when necessary.  
Scientific Solutions always develop custom-made solutions to match our customers individual needs, could be short­ and long-term assignments, full­ or part time and for ongoing contracts or predefined time periods. 
 
IN-HOUSE SERVICE- OUTSOURCING 
If our customers wish to outsource certain tasks, e.g., within Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs or Compliance, we can offer an in-house service corresponding to these needs. For example, we have successfully helped our customers remote with FASS updates, translations, reviews, variations and medical/compliance reviews. All assignments are quality reviewed.
